Menstruation has always been surrounded by several taboos and myths. This most certainly is one of the more common ones. However, like every other myth, this one isn’t true either. Only ‘too many cooks’ or a ‘bad chef’ could spoil the broth! You can be rest assured that a woman’s menstruation cycle will not affect the quality of your food.
